Welcome to the home of El Cajon Real Estate. First off let me introduce myself. My name is Scott Engle and I’m a licensed broker in the State of California and specialize in all types of real estate in the County of San Diego. I have been a licensed broker for 8 years and during that time I have learned some things that I want to pass onto you to make your real estate transaction the best experience possible.

Let’s not kid ourselves. We are in a very tough time with regards to real estate. Loans are getting tougher, homes are being foreclosed upon daily, and people are having a more difficult time finding their dream home. This blog is going to give you some ideas on how to solve those problems.

The El Cajon Real Estate blog is dedicated to severing the sellers and buyers in the City of El Cajon. El Cajon is about 20 minutes to the east of downtown San Diego, just east of La Mesa. The city is about 10 square miles and has a population of about 98,000. As time progresses, this blog is going to give tips to the sellers, tips to the buyers, and make you more informed about the City of El Cajon and its current real estate conditions.
